As COO, he will oversee human resources and finance, and will continue to provide architectural services to hospitality, retail and education projects. Alano joined AHL in 1997 and was promoted to principal in 2010.

She will provide coordination and day-to-day supervision of staff responsible for direct intakes with individuals and families applying for public benefits, emergency support and short-term financial assistance. She also will assist with coordinating outreach events, developing marketing materials, and actively recruit and supervise volunteers.

She also will oversee the direction of clinical measurements and guidelines, and ensure regulatory accreditation and compliance.
