He most recently was executive sous chef at Moana Surfrider, a Westin Resort & Spa, and previously was Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort’s banquet chef/chef garde manager, a position he held for two years.

He is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-valued clients in loan and deposit accounts. He also will help manage the International Banking Department, including staff and financial accountabilities.

Since 2012, he has held the position of internal audit manager HawaiiUSA FCU, and has more than 25 years of audit and compliance experience. From 2002 to 2009, Sanchez served on the Board of Governors at Institute of Internal Auditors, Honolulu Chapter. He returned in 2011 and continues to serve on the board today.
